Payment and Refund Policy

Client Likeness and AI Usage
By providing your image, voice, or likeness, you grant SynchroSocial LLC permission to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. You represent that you have the rights and consent necessary to provide such materials. We do not claim ownership over your likeness.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform availability, performance, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
